Louisiana Judge Temporarily Blocks Trigger Abortion Ban

Meanwhile, a state judge in Louisiana has temporarily blocked the
state's trigger abortion bans from taking effect for the second time.
The decision is the latest in a series of back-and-forths to the legal
status of abortion in the state. One of Louisiana's few remaining
abortion clinics said it would resume providing abortion care.
