Rep. Bobby Rush to Resign After 15 Terms

Democratic Congressmember Bobby Rush of Illinois has announced he will
retire and won't run for a 16th term. The former Black Panther was first
elected in 1992. There are now two dozen House Democrats who are not
seeking reelection.
