Al-Shabab Claims Bomb Blast That Killed at Least 13 in Somalian City of Beledweyne

In Somalia, at least 13 people were killed and 20 others wounded
Saturday in the city of Beledweyne after a suicide bomber detonated
explosives inside a restaurant where a number of local officials and
politicians were eating. At least one of those killed was a candidate in
a parliamentary election that has been delayed for months. Al-Shabab
claimed responsibility for the attack.
