Russia Blocks Draft of U.N. Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty

At the United Nations, a month-long meeting to review the Nuclear
Nonproliferation Treaty has ended in failure after Russia objected to a
joint statement from 151 nations because it included a paragraph about
its occupation of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine.
