April 27, 2022 Biden Pardons Three People & Commutes Sentences of 75 Drug Offenders -------------------------------------------------------------------- President Biden has pardoned three people and commuted the sentence of 75 nonviolent drug offenders. One of the pardons went to 86-year-old Abraham Bolden Sr., who was the first Black Secret Service agent to serve on a presidential detail. Bolden was jailed on federal bribery charges in the 1960s, but he has long claimed he was framed after speaking out against racism within the Secret Service. .
