Pakistani Airstrikes in Afghanistan Kill 45

Tension is escalating along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border. On
Saturday, Pakistani airstrikes inside Afghanistan killed at least 45
people. This came two days after Pakistan said militants based in
Afghanistan killed seven Pakistani soldiers in North Waziristan.
Pakistan has accused the Taliban-led government in Afghanistan of
allowing armed militants to use the country as a base to carry out
attacks against Pakistan.
