Super Typhoon Chanthu Hurtles Toward Philippines and Southeast China

In the Pacific, Super Typhoon Chanthu this week became one of the most
rapidly intensifying storms ever observed. It's now the equivalent of a
Category 5 hurricane and is threatening northern Luzon island in the
Philippines as it tracks toward southeast China.
