Four People, Including 3 Children, Drown Off Greek Coast

Four people, three of them children, died Tuesday as they attempted to
cross the Aegean Sea in an overcrowded dinghy. Twenty-two others were
rescued. The boat was traveling from Turkey to Greece, a common route
into the European Union for refugees.
