Newly released police bodycam video shows officers dragging Clifford Owensby out of his car and yanking him by his hair after a traffic stop. Officers ignored repeated pleas from Owensby saying he was paraplegic. A warning to our audience: This video includes disturbing images of police violence. Police officer 1: "Get out of the car."
