North Dakota Bans Teaching About Structural Racism in Schools

North Dakota's Republican governor Doug Burgum has signed legislation
banning the teaching of critical race theory. Public schools are now
barred from teaching students that "racism is systemically embedded in
American society and the American legal system to facilitate racial
inequality."
