Three Killed and Dozens Wounded as Suicide Bombers Strike Ugandan Capital City
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In Uganda, police say at least three people were killed and nearly three
dozen others injured Tuesday after a pair of suicide bomb attacks rocked
the capital city, Kampala. One of the blasts struck near Uganda's
parliament; another went off near Kampala's central police station.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility. The Islamic State
claimed attacks in Uganda last month that killed civilians including
children.
