Migrant Boat Capsizes in San Diego, Killing at Least 4 People

In Southern California, a boat that was believed to be carrying migrants
overturned off the coast of San Diego Sunday, killing at least four of
the 29 people on board. Over 20 people have been hospitalized. The
boat's captain, who is suspected of human smuggling, has been taken into
custody.
