Saudi Arabia Proposes Yemen Ceasefire; Houthis Demand End to Devastating Blockade First

Saudi Arabia has proposed a ceasefire to end its six-year war on Yemen,
but Houthi rebels have rejected the deal, saying the Saudis must first
fully lift its devastating blockade, which has led to the world's worst
humanitarian crisis. Shortly before proposing the ceasefire, Saudi
forces carried out air raids, striking dozens of targets in Yemen,
including a grains port.
