Judge to Deliver Derek Chauvin's Sentence for Murder of George Floyd

In Minneapolis, a judge is delivering the sentence today for former
police officer and convicted murderer Derek Chauvin. Prosecutors are
seeking a 30-year prison sentence. Chauvin was convicted in April of
murdering George Floyd on May 25, 2020. Floyd's death sparked a national
and global uprising against police violence and racism.
