Three Bombs Kill 10 People, Disable Electric Grid in Kabul

In Afghanistan, three bomb blasts killed at least 10 people in the
capital Kabul Tuesday. One explosion caused a power outage after it
damaged an electric grid station. The latest deadly attacks come amid
stalled intra-Afghan peace talks and as the U.S. continues its
withdrawal, which is scheduled to be completed by September 11.
