Democratic House members Cori Bush and Bonnie Watson Coleman introduced
a bill Tuesday that would decriminalize all drug possession and put in
place a "health-centered approach." Missouri Congressmember Bush said,
"It's time to put wellness and compassion ahead of trauma and
punishment."
