U.S. and Russia Hold Nuclear Talks in Geneva

High-ranking diplomats from the United States and Russia, the world's
two largest nuclear superpowers, met in Geneva Wednesday to discuss arms
control and other issues. This comes a month after President Biden and
Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to begin a bilateral dialogue on
nuclear arms. The two countries possess about 90% of the world's nuclear
weapons.
