Colombian Police Say Former Haitian Gov't Official Ordered Assassination of Jovenel Moïse

Martine Moïse, the widow of assassinated President Jovenel Moïse, has
returned to Haiti after being treated at a Miami hospital for injuries
sustained in the attack at the presidential residence.

Colombian authorities said Friday a former Haitian Justice Ministry
official, Joseph Felix Badio, may have ordered Moïse's killing. Few
other details are known, including Badio's whereabouts.
