Smartmatic Sues Fox News, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell for Election-Related Lies

The voting technology company Smartmatic is suing Fox News, some of its
hosts and two of Trump's former lawyers - Rudy Giuliani and Sidney
Powell - for $2.7 billion, accusing them of spreading lies that
Smartmatic helped "steal" the election from Trump. Giuliani and Powell
have also been sued by voting machine manufacturer Dominion for
spreading election fraud conspiracy theories.
