Flash Floods and Mudslides in Venezuela Kill at Least 20

In Venezuela, at least 20 people are dead following heavy rainfall,
massive floods and mudslides in the western state of Mérida. Over a
dozen people are still missing, and more than 1,200 homes have been
destroyed. Parts of northern Colombia have also been hit by catastrophic
floods and heavy rains that turned roads into rivers.
