Taliban Says It Executed Former Islamic State Leader Abu Omar Khorasani

The Afghan Taliban says it executed Abu Omar Khorasani, the imprisoned
former head of the Islamic State in South Asia, shortly after it took
full control of Afghanistan. Khorasani's killing bolsters the Talbian's
claims that the group will not cooperate with the Islamic State and that
it views the group as an adversary.
