Supreme Court Sides with Guatemalan Man Challenging Deportation

In immigration news, the Supreme Court has sided with an undocumented
Guatemalan man challenging his deportation, in a ruling that could
affect hundreds of thousands of immigrants. In a decision authored by
conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch, the court ruled the Justice
Department had violated the law by not properly notifying immigrants
about their deportation proceedings.
