Aid Groups Say Eritrean Troops Are Not Withdrawing from Tigray as Crisis Deepens

International aid agencies are warning the crisis in Ethiopia's Tigray
region is worsening and there is no evidence Eritrean troops are
withdrawing, as previously announced by Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy
Ahmed. Thousands have been killed since conflict broke out last
November, and there have been widespread reports of rape. The U.N. says
internally displaced people have started dying from hunger.
