Mark Colville Gets 21-Month Prison Term over Anti-Nuclear Action at Kings Bay Submarine Base

Antiwar activist Mark Colville was sentenced Friday to 21 months in
federal prison for his role in a peaceful protest against U.S. nuclear
weapons. He was the last of the so-called Kings Bay Plowshares 7 to be
sentenced. In 2018, Colville and six other Plowshares activists broke
into the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base in Georgia with an indictment
charging the U.S. government with crimes against humanity.
