Lebanese Prime Minister-Designate Steps Down

In Lebanon, Prime Minister-designate Mustapha Adib has stepped down
after he failed to form a new government. Lebanon has been left reeling,
with mounting calls for reform, following the devastating explosion at
the Port of Beirut on August 4 that killed 200 people and led to the
collapse of the previous government.
