Judge Orders Halt to Trump's Ban on TikTok Downloads

A federal judge Sunday ordered an 11th-hour injunction halting Donald
Trump's executive order banning the smartphone app Tik Tok - owned by
the Chinese company Byte Dance - from online stores in the U.S. Trump's
ban was due to take effect at midnight as a first step toward a complete
U.S. ban on the popular social media platform. That ban is still set to
take effect on November 12.
