Federal Court Blocks Trump Order Excluding Immigrants in 2020 Census

In immigration news, a federal court in New York has blocked the Trump
administration from excluding undocumented immigrants from the 2020
census, ruling undocumented people "qualify as 'persons in' a 'state'"
