Appeals Court Denies Justice Dept. Bid to End Case Against Michael Flynn

A federal appeals court denied the Justice Department's effort to end
former national security adviser Michael Flynn's case Monday. Attorney
General William Barr has been pushing to drop charges against Flynn,
even though he twice pleaded guilty to lying under oath to the FBI.
