Hong Kong Activists Arrested Under Chinese National Security Law

A teenage activist in Hong Kong was detained by police Tuesday near the
U.S. Consulate, where he was planning to seek asylum. Nineteen-year-old
Tony Chung helped found the pro-independence group Studentlocalism and
had been arrested previously under Hong Kong's new national security
law. Two of his associates were also detained Tuesday.
