Lebanese Prime Minister, Ex-Ministers Charged With Negligence Over Deadly Beirut Blast

A judge in Lebanon has charged Lebanese caretaker Prime Minister Hassan
Diab and three former ministers with negligence in connection to the
devastating August 4 explosion at the Port of Beirut. The explosion
killed over 200 people, injured 7,000 and left more than a
quarter-million Beirut residents homeless.
