Appeals Court Overturns Death Penalty for Boston Marathon Bomber
----------------------------------------------------------------

A federal appeals court overturned the death penalty sentence of
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was convicted of the 2013 Boston Marathon
bombings, after the court determined the judge in his case did not
thoroughly review jury members for bias. Tsarnaev will now have a new
trial to determine his penalty. The attack killed three people and
injured hundreds of others.
