Islamic State Claims Attack on Afghanistan Jail Which Killed At Least 29 People

In Afghanistan, at least 29 people have been killed, and 50 others
wounded, after gunmen raided a jail Sunday night in Jalalabad, in
Nangarhar province. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the
attack, which comes a day after one of its senior commanders was killed
by Afghan forces in the same region.
