Supreme Court to Hear Trump Admin Challenge to Affordable Care Act on Nov. 10

The Supreme Court said Wednesday it will hear the Trump administration's
challenge to the Affordable Care Act on November 10 - exactly one week
after the presidential election. The Justice Department is continuing
its case to have the Obama-era healthcare law struck down as
unconstitutional, even as an estimated 27 million Americans lost their
employer-based health insurance during the coronavirus crisis. A ruling
is expected some time next spring.
