16 People Arrested in Portland, OR Protests, Including Hate Crime Survivor Demetria Hester

In Portland, Oregon, at least 16 people were arrested Monday morning as
massive protests against police brutality and racial violence continue.
Among those arrested was Demetria Hester, a Black woman and hate crime
survivor who was assaulted by a white supremacist three years ago.
