Viral Video Shows White Police Officer in California Punching African American Boy

Video has gone viral of a white police officer in Northern California
repeatedly punching a 14-year-old African American boy who was laying on
the ground. The Rancho Cordova officer stopped the boy after he
allegedly purchased a cigar from an adult. A video of the incident has
been viewed over 2 million times online.
