Oakland Police Tackle and Detain Unhoused Outreach Workers

In Oakland, video showing outreach workers for the city's unhoused
population pinned to the ground and arrested by police has prompted
outrage. The outreach workers - who are themselves unhoused - had been
distributing water, food and supplies to those in need. Police later
admitted they thought one of the targeted individuals, a black man,
matched the description of a suspect in a local crime.
