Two Transgender Women Found Murdered in Puerto Rico

In Puerto Rico, transgender rights advocates are demanding local
authorities investigate the recent killing of two transgender women who
were found burnt to death inside a vehicle on the eastern coast of the
island. Serena Velázquez and Layla Pelaez are among at least four
transgender people killed in Puerto Rico this year.
