Odessa Gunman Obtained Gun Through Private Sale

As investigations continue following the deadly mass shooting in West
Texas Saturday, authorities say the gunman was barred from purchasing
firearms because he was deemed mentally unfit. He failed a firearms
background check in 2014. Investigators believe they may have identified
the individual who made a private sale of the gun used in the rampage,
which killed seven people and injured at least 25 others.
