U.K. Supreme Court: Boris Johnson's Suspension of Parliament Is Unlawful
------------------------------------------------------------------------

The British Supreme Court has ruled that Prime Minister Boris Johnson's
suspension of Parliament is unlawful. Brenda Hale, head of the British
Supreme Court, said the prorogation was not justified and has no effect.
It's not yet known what action Boris Johnson, who is in New York for the
U.N. General Assembly, will take in response to the historic ruling.
