18th Anniversary of 9/11 Attacks Marked Across United States
------------------------------------------------------------

Today marks the 18th anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade
Center and Pentagon. On September 11, 2001, just under 3,000 died.
Hundreds more have died from 9/11-related illnesses over the past 18
years. Memorials are being held across the country today.
