Federal Judge Rules in Harvard's Favor in Affirmative Action Case

In a victory for backers of affirmative action, a federal judge has
ruled Harvard University's undergraduate admissions office does not
discriminate against Asian-American applicants. The ruling came in a
case brought by Students for Fair Admissions, which has long opposed
affirmative action.
