Judge: Trump Broke Law by Declaring Emergency to Secure Border Funding

A federal judge has ruled that President Trump broke the law when he
declared a national emergency in order to secure billions of dollars of
Pentagon funds to build his border wall, parts of which are already
under construction. Federal District Court Judge David Briones said
Friday Trump violated a provision of budget law approved by Congress.
