Judge Dismisses Uber's Challenge of NYC's Effort to Limit Ride-Hailing Apps

A Manhattan judge has dismissed Uber's lawsuit challenging New York
City's new law capping the number of licenses for ride-hailing services.
Last year, the New York City Council passed the nation's first cap on
the number of for-hire vehicles. The legislation also allows New York
City to set a minimum wage for drivers with Uber, Lyft and other
ride-hailing services.
