Afghanistan: 7 Killed in Car Bombing in Kabul

In Afghanistan, officials say at least seven civilians were killed in a
car bombing in the capital Kabul. No one has claimed responsibility for
the attack. It comes after the Afghan government and the Taliban reached
a prisoner exchange deal, which could lead to the release of an American
professor who was kidnapped in Kabul in 2016.
