Explosion at Philadelphia Oil Refinery Starts Large Fire

Firefighters in Philadelphia battled a massive fire overnight after a
large explosion at a 150-year-old refinery in South Philadelphia. This
marked the second time this month emergency responders were called to
the Philadelphia Energy Solutions Refining Complex, which produces
335,000 barrels of crude oil every day. It's said to be the largest such
complex on the U.S. Eastern Seaboard. No injuries were reported, but
nearby neighborhoods were ordered to shelter in place.
