Tropical Storm Barry Brings Major Flooding, Wrecks Homes & Cuts Power in Louisiana

Hurricane Barry was downgraded to a tropical storm as it continues its
path across Louisiana and neighboring states. Authorities warn the risk
of dangerous storm surges and flash flooding remains high, but said the
impact could have been much worse. Over 150,000 customers lost power in
parts of Louisiana Sunday, while torrential downpours and flooding
ruined homes and businesses in some areas.
