No one was injured in the bombing, but it caused extensive damage to the Dar Al-Farooq Islamic Center as worshipers were gathering for morning prayers. Michael Mc Whorter and Joe Morris pleaded guilty to five counts related to the mosque attack, as well as the attempted bombing of an Illinois abortion clinic and other crimes. A third suspect in the mosque bombing, Michael Hari, remains in federal custody.
