Lawmakers Vote to Condemn White Supremacy, Rebuking Rep. Steve King

The House of Representatives voted 424 to 1 Tuesday to condemn white
nationalism and white supremacy, in a rebuke to Iowa Republican
Congressmember Steve King. The vote came after King told The New York
Times in an interview published last week, "White nationalist, white
supremacist, Western civilization-how did that language become
offensive?" Tuesday's vote was not a formal censure of Steve King, who's
made similar remarks throughout his 16-year career in Congress.
