Afghanistan: Taliban Car Bomb Kills 5, Injures Over 100

In Afghanistan, the Taliban claimed responsibility for a car bomb that
killed at least five people and wounded at least 100 others in the
capital Kabul on Monday. The explosion went off near a high-security
international compound. Officials say most of the victims were
civilians, and the wounded included scores of children.
