Somalia: Al-Shabab Claims Car Bomb & Shooting That Kills At Least 12

In Somalia, a car bomb killed at least 11 people at a shopping center in
the capital Mogadishu Monday. Also on Monday, gunmen shot and killed the
head of a Dubai-owned port in the semi-autonomous region of Puntland.
The militant group al-Shabab claimed responsibility for both the
attacks.
